With over 25 years of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical experience, Electrical Solutions Plus brings solutions to your home or workplace. We are a family-owned and locally operated electrical contractor here in Brunswick County and also serve those in New Hanover County.
Michael Ellis received his North Carolina electrical contractors license in 1993. He attended Fayetteville Technical Community College (1988 to 1990) in the electrical engineering field. After attending college, he went on to build many successful businesses including:
- Electrical Solutions Plus, Southport, NC
- Moore Street Market Coffee and Deli, Southport, NC
- Matt’s Exxon number 1,2, and 3 in various locations, Hoke County
- Southern Pines Mobil, Southern Pines, NC
Mr. Ellis has extensive electro-mechanical experience and business knowledge, which allows him to excel in the free market as an entrepreneur and respected member of the community.
Secrets of his success include requiring above average quality, workmanship, and the use of good electrical trade practices. Whether building a programmable logic control panel for an industrial manufacturing facility or improving product flow in a high-volume restaurant, attention to detail, including associate empowerment, technology, and continuous improvements have allowed the Ellis family to provide clients with reliable, cost-effective electrical contracting services.
Mr. Ellis was also employed as the plant engineer at the Reddy Ice manufacturing plant in Lumberton, NC and worked as an electrical engineering technician at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company manufacturing plant in Fayetteville, NC.
